The Big Impact: Sponsorship & Support from Morden Construction

Morden Construction's Longstanding Support for Local Youth

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe, our work wouldn’t be possible without the support of local businesses who believe in investing in our youth. Among our most dedicated supporters is Morden Construction, a long-time sponsor that continues to show up for our kids in meaningful ways.

From title sponsorship of major events like Bowl for Kids Sake and The Big Drop, to consistent staff participation in our annual fundraisers, including Holiday Survivor, Morden Construction has become a valued partner in helping us build a stronger, more connected community.

In a recent conversation, Duncan, Morden’s Office Manager, reflected on why supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters has always made sense:

“It’s a great organization in our area. It does a lot of work with the youth, and that’s where we’re really aligned… We like to see money going to the kids in the community.”

He spoke about the impact that mentoring programs can have, not just for kids in need of support, but for their confidence, growth, and development as individuals.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters is a great organization to give kids new experiences they might not have the opportunity to have anywhere else… From those experiences, they gain confidence to grow and develop.”

Duncan also shared that one of Morden’s own staff members has children in the program and has seen firsthand how their Big has opened doors to new experiences, such as trying out sports and building life skills.

We are so grateful to Morden Construction for their continued generosity, their commitment to community, and their belief in the power of mentorship.

Together, we are creating BIG impact.
